Hi, I’m Marj Bautista, a former 🇨🇦 Canadian Registered Nurse turned mentor, certified medical aesthetic practitioner, and business strategist, helping nurses and women rise from burnout to beauty, freedom, and purpose.

With over 25 years of combined experience in healthcare and business, I bring a rare blend of clinical expertise and financial strategy to everything I do.

My journey began as a Registered Nurse with a Master’s Degree in Nursing from the Philippines where I built my foundation in leadership, education, and patient care. I later continued my RN career in Canada 🇨🇦, serving in Medical-Surgical, Emergency, and Public Health for over a decade.

As my career evolved, I stepped beyond the hospital walls and into entrepreneurship becoming a multi-awarded business leader, life-licensed advisor, and real estate investor. I’ve helped countless families protect their income, minimize taxes, and build long-term wealth.

But along the way, I discovered something deeper:
